Images of a child or young person taken at Blakbox will only be used for the direct promotional purposes of Blakbox Drama or as part of a record of the performance or workshop.

Blakbox Drama are committed to upholding people's rights to confidentiality. However, our obligations in relation to child protection and welfare mean that we cannot guarantee total confidentiality where the best interests of a child or young person are at risk.
We undertake that information would only be forwarded to appropriate agencies on a ‘need to know’ basis in order to safeguard a child or young person.

Welcome to the Blakbox Drama Workshops!
We know our workshop participants and families lead busy lives and we try to be as flexible as possible so that we can accommodate all the different interests and needs of workshop participants. In return for this, we have some guidelines for you to follow:
General
We provide a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable working environment. If there’s something bothering you, please let us know so that we can fix it. You can always email us, call us or talk to any of the tutors.
Behaviour
At Blakbox Drama we cater for a variety of ages and abilities. While we work in age related groups, we sometimes have the opportunity to bring our different groups together for a performance. In these situations, our older participants need to remember that they are role models.

We reserve the right to withdraw workshop participants from our programmes, at any stage, for poor behaviour, lack of attendance, or any actions which we consider may affect the good reputation of Blakbox Drama.
Attendance
Please aim to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the scheduled start time – this will ensure any last minute delays do not mean you miss out on the workshop. If you know in advance that you’re going to be late, need to leave early, or won’t be able to make it at all, please let us know by calling or texting us on 021 2922 649.
